Rotary transfer machine
In Avant Machines, we have several successful projects to design fully custom rotary transfer machines. Rotary transfer machines are mainly used to manufacture complex metal parts in high volumes. We are able to develop machines with 3 to 20 stations, which is capable to perform a wide range of machining operations.
Anti-Sway Control System for Cranes
In an overhead crane, loads swinging makes hazards and decrease the process speed. In Avant Machines, we develop an anti-sway controller to automatically controls the speed and acceleration of the motors to damp the swingings. The controller can be installed on most of the overhead cranes in the market both new ones and used.
Laser cutting CNC
Avant Machines works jointly with a specialist laser company to develop CNC machines for cutting and engraving metals. In Avant machines we develop all the mechanical parts including the needed precise moving parts.
