In Avant Machines, we are ready to give clients the needed commissioning if their machine tool is needed to be repaired, refurbished or totally replaced with a new one. In many situation a machine tool can be refurbished with one fourth the price of a new machine.
It is always good to upgrade CNC control systems and improving motor drives or measuring systems. Avant Machines is also able to perform motor repairs and replacements. We are capable to offer on-site vibration analysis and dynamic balancing.
